1. When will my order be delivered?
All delivery days stated in our website are approximate only. Usually we can deliver items as fast as 3 days. Some items will take 7 business days to be delivered. It will ultimately depend on when the item will arrive in our office. As soon as it has arrived, checked for quality, and declared free from defects we will inform you that your item is ready for delivery. We don’t do rush deliveries so send in your orders early.

2. What time is my delivery?
Our delivery usually starts at 12noon up to evening. Marriott Furniture staff is not allowed to give any specific delivery time to customers. Our delivery team has a route to take and furniture will be assembled at each stop. Please ensure someone is going to receive the delivery throughout the day.

2. Can I request for a specific date for delivery?
Yes you may request to have the items delivered on a specific date provided that you place your order in advanced. For ready made items, please order two weeks in advance. Custom orders (such as sofas) need to be placed 3 weeks before. For wooden custom made furniture please place your order 1 month prior delivery. Bulk orders at least two months before. Please note that scheduled deliveries may still be moved due to factors beyond our control. Our utmost priority is to deliver quality furniture to you and if we have to postpone delivery to ensure that you will receive quality items then we will. Be assured that you will be informed of any changes in delivery schedule.

3. How should I prepare for delivery?
In preparation for your delivery, make sure that the room and entryway is free from any furniture or objects that may obstruct the passageway.  Our delivery team is not allowed to move existing furniture, appliances, or any household items.

4. Will your delivery team assemble my furniture?
Yes. Our delivery team will assemble all furniture orders for free except when otherwise instructed. If you choose not to have it assembled by our delivery team Marriott Furniture will not be held liable to any damage incurred to to mis-assemble or mishandling of furniture. Another delivery fee will be charged plus P1000 assembly fee should there be a need for  our delivery team to go back for assembly. Provincial orders delivered via trucking or 3rd party cargo is not included.

5. What’s included in the delivery fee?

Delivery fee includes assembly of items. Our delivery team will assemble the furniture for free. However, it does not include subdivision fees, elevator fees, condo fees etc. This will be shouldered by the buyer. You can pay this beforehand to not delay delivery.

6. Do you have a showroom?
We are currently in the process of setting up a small showroom, but even when it is available there won’t be enough space to showcase all the furniture that we have available. Being an online seller, we don’t keep many stocks to help keep our price low. While there maybe subtle variances, you can trust us and our many customers that the product you will be receiving is the same as the images, unless otherwise stated.
